WaterColor Homeowners can pay assessments online.Visit the SmartStreet website to make your payment now. At this site link you can make a one time payment by electronic check (no fee for service) or by using your MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (fee for service). Or you can set up for recurring payment of assessments for a year. However this service must be renewed annually.

Another option is to have your assessment paid by an automatic ACH withdrawal from your bank account each quarter. This method is perpetual until you request it to discontinue. For this service, please use this form link Assessment Auto Debit Form, complete the form and attach a voided check. Then fax to our on site office for processing at 850-231-1155.
