Assessment Payment
At CCMC, we are constantly striving to provide important services to you. We are continuing to make available direct debit, electronic checks and credit card options for ease in assessment payments. Whichever method you choose, please be certain to include your account number to ensure proper application of your payment. We also have made available several options for receiving statements. Should you have questions about your account or our payment and statement delivery options, please contact CCMC’s Customer Service Support Team at 1-866-244-2262.
Direct Debit
We continue to make the direct-debit payment option available at no charge. Enrolling in the direct debit program has many advantages; no postage costs, no late fees and assessment changes are automatically changed. Sign up to have your assessment payment automatically drafted from your bank account the month your payment is due. You are able to download the “Authorization Agreement for Direct Debit” by selecting payment options under the homeowners tab on the CCMC website.
Electronic Checks & Credit Card Payments
In order to use either of these two services, please visit our website and select payment options under the homeowners tab. There you will choose the state your property is located in and you will be linked to the Union Bank processing service center. While there is a $14.95 processing fee per credit card transaction, please note there is no charge for electronic check transactions. American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted. Please read the information asterisked (*) below before signing up for any recurring payments with Union Bank. Phone payments are not available.
Payment by Mail
When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, it is imperative that separate checks and envelopes be used for each account. Each check should also list the account number to ensure timely and proper posting to the correct account. The remittance address for your mailed payments is:
P.O. Box 105515
Atlanta, GA 30353-5515
Please make sure you mail your coupon/statement stub with your payment. Any payments that cannot be processed automatically by the payment processing service center will be processed by converting your paper check into an electronic check transaction. Also, any payments that do not have the coupon/statement stub included could delay the payment being posted to your account. Please allow 10 days for processing.
Bill Payment Services
If you are using a bill payment service, please review your account number and remittance address. Many bill payment services remit electronically and the correct account number is essential for proper posting. If your assessment changes, you must update your account information with your financial institution.
Statement Delivery Options
You may choose to have your assessment billing statement delivered to you via email instead of the default option of paper delivery. You may sign up for eStatement assessment billing at https://ccmcnet.opt-e-mail.com/signup. You will need your homeowner account number and the street number of your property to complete enrollment. No action on your part is required if you prefer paper delivery. Electing to have your statement delivered electronically does not change any established payment method you have in place.
CCMC Resident Portal
By visiting the CCMC Resident Portal, you are able to access your account information and view your statements, payment history, compliance items, modify ACH (automatic clearing house), sign up for electronic statements, etc.. Your username is your account number, which can be found on your mailed statements. Your password was also mailed along with your statement. If you need assistance with your password, contact Susie Thompson or Tracy Regan.
