Resort Beach Sets

To reserve resort beach chairs, which are located on the east side of the beach, visit the WaterColor Inn's website. These sets have no restrictions on advance reservations and quantity.

**Homeowners receive a discount of $15 off the daily rate for resort chairs by emailing their Reservations Department or calling 1-888-775-2473 after making your reservation. The full amount will have to be processed and then the discount will be processed manually.**

Homeowner Beach Sets

Reservations for homeowner beach sets must be made between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. for next day use. All reservations are automatically set for next day use. 

Homeowners may rent a maximum of 2 beach sets. Sets consists of two chairs and an umbrella.

Check in for your reserved beach sets prior to 11 a.m. Sets not claimed by 11 a.m. will be made available to other homeowners. You must show your Homeowner ID Card when checking in at the Beach Hut.  

Homeowner sets are $25 each. Holiday pricing of $40 per set is in place for Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and Labor Day Weekend. Payment is made with your credit card when checking in at the Beach Hut.

Homeowners do NOT receive any additional discounts on the homeowner beach sets as these sets are already discounted.
