Amenity and Occupancy Committee

The Amenity and Occupancy Committee is tasked with evaluating current amenity access procedures and occupancy issues, and developing one or more alternative approaches for how amenity access is distributed to all persons entitled to use WaterColor Amenities, with particular emphasis on the practical and financial challenges posed by providing access for short term rentals. The Amenity and Occupancy Committee consists of seven members, and meets periodically as needed.

The Amenity and Occupancy Committee will collect on-going input and feedback from homeowners as they make progress with ideas.
