The WaterColor Design Review Board (DRB) is a panel of homeowners and design professionals appointed by the WaterColor Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain the high quality and consistent design standards throughout WaterColor’s master-planned community.
Working with the community Design and Compliance Manager, the DRB is tasked with administering the evaluation and approval of proposed homes, modifications, and other improvements within the community. Decisions are based on WaterColor’s Design Guidelines which have served to maintain the integrity of Watercolor’s design intent since inception.
All projects ranging from landscaping, paint, and paver changes to pool additions or new home construction must go through a submission and approval process with the DRB prior to work being performed. The DRB looks forward to working with homeowners and contractors to help maintain WaterColor as northwest Florida’s premier coastal community.
