Cabana Overview
The WaterColor Beach Club has five poolside cabanas available for daily rental. Each shaded cabana seats six, with couch seating and two lounge chairs. Five towels are prepared in each cabana before guest arrival. Each cabana is outfitted with a 32-inch flat-screen television (basic channels available). While cabanas seat six, the maximum occupancy is eight (including children).
Please note that loungers may not be moved outside the cabana area or onto designated walking paths for ADA compliance. Additionally, the projection and amplification of audio (music, video, etc.) from personal speakers or electronic devices is not permitted inside WaterColor's facilities.

Cabanas are only available to homeowners and guests staying in the WaterColor Community. All pricing and policies are subject to availability and change. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Cabana Rental Rates
Holiday week pricing is $750/day. Outside holiday weeks, pricing is listed as follows:
- January 1 - February 25 - $200 per day
- February 26 - May 22 - $450 per day
- May 23 - August 16 - $525 per day
- August 17 - October 31 - $450 per day
- November 1 - December 31 - $200 per day
Homeowners are eligible for a 15% discount on cabana rentals. Discounts will be processed as refunds after a homeowner's ID is verified upon check-in.
Payment/Cancelation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Notice of cancellation is required at least 48 hours before the first day of your rental to receive a full refund, minus taxes, service fees, and a 10% rental fee. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the first day of your rental, you will forfeit 100% of the cabana rental fee. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather or television services.
Check-in is located at the front gate. Coolers, glass containers, and any outside food/beverage are strictly prohibited at the WaterColor Beach Club.
Reservations are identified by the cardholder's name provided at the time of payment. The cardholder who makes a reservation must be the individual checking in for the cabana rental.*
