The WaterColor Design Review Board (DRB) is a panel of homeowners and design professionals appointed by the WaterColor Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain high-quality and consistent design standards throughout WaterColor’s master-planned community. The DRB is tasked with administering the evaluation and approval of proposed homes, modifications, and other improvements within the community based on WaterColor's Design Guidelines.
