Trolley Child Restraint Device
Any child under the age of 5 must be in a self-provided and properly secured child restraint device as required by FL state law. Car seats may be stored at our amenities while you’re enjoying them.
Lounge Chairs Etiquette
Loungers left unattended for more than 60 minutes, with no signs of guests returning, will be subject to the removal of towels and belongings.
Bear-proof Your Trash Crib
Properly secure your garbage cans and only place refuse outside in the early morning. Please raise the flag on your garbage crib to alert porters that your trash is ready for pick-up.
Golf Carts (or LSVs) with owner stickers
Just because an LSV that comes with a rental has an owner sticker, it does not entitle a renter to free parking. Rental guests must pay for parking when using the cart.
