Owners who host rental guests and/or unaccompanied guests in their homes must complete their 2026 Annual Owner Certification. Note that even if you completed a certification in 2025, you will still need to submit a new certification for 2026. The form is available online under the "Homeowners" tab -> "Short-Term Rentals" -> "Annual Owner Certification."
The deadline to file is October 15th. Owners who do not submit their Annual Owner Certification by the deadline will not be able to register rental stays for 2026.
