Happy 2022! Here are some important reminders for our homeowners! Each year, there are a couple important items that should be renewed with our office. If you have a personal low speed vehicle (LSV), you should renew your registration with our office. All LSVs should be driving around with a yellow sticker on the front driver's side window. You can easily renew your registration through this website.
Each year, homeowner IDs/Discount cards expire. You can also submit your request for these cards through the website. Cards can be used to obtain homeowner discounts at various WaterColor restaurants and retailers. It is at the discretion of that particular business whether they offer a discount. Discounts are available at the WaterColor Beach Club restaurants and the Canteen at Camp WaterColor. You'll also need to show this card if you are checking in for homeowner beach setups.
