[ARCHIVED] Important Spring Break Reminders

Security/Curfew
WaterColor is being proactive and reducing the community's existing 10 p.m. curfew to 8 p.m. for the duration of the spring break season. This curfew applies to unaccompanied minors under the age of 18. Enforcement of this curfew will begin March 5.

Along with our regular Security staff patrols, we have Walton County Sheriff's deputies scheduled to be on property throughout the spring break season.

We want everyone to enjoy visiting our beautiful community, but it is important that visitors understand that WaterColor is a community neighborhood. Security issues will not be tolerated. Vandalism, loitering, house parties, etc. will be addressed swiftly and appropriately. The Sheriff's Office has made it clear that if you see a crime, it needs to be reported immediately. The Sheriff's Office number is 850-892-8111. WaterColor Security can be reached at 850-685-6362.

Parking
Similar to last year, parking is going to be strictly enforced. All vehicles parked within in the common areas of WaterColor should be displaying either a homeowner parking sticker or have a guest parking tag hanging from the rearview mirror. Any vehicles and/or LSVs without the proper parking credentials will be issued a parking citation. WaterColor Security no longer issues warnings. Violators will immediately receive a citation for parking violations.

All vehicles and/or LSVs not parked in an appropriate parking space, parking pad or are parking on landscaping will be issued a parking citation or are subject to the deployment of an immobilization device (booting) or towing.

Any bicycle that is not parking in a bicycle rack and left dumped in common area will be removed by Security per the community's Abandoned Property Policy and subject to fine at pick up.

The Beach Club garage has parking only for LSVs, bicycles and ADA vehicles.

WaterColor Courtesy Trolley

The WaterColor Courtesy Trolley is available for the season. The Courtesy Trolley is available to homeowners and guests of WaterColor between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will make drop-offs and pick-ups anywhere on WaterColor property. The property concierge can be reached at 850-420-4650.
