Last month the Board approved an amendment to the Use Restrictions and a revised Fine and Amenity Suspension Policy. The amendment and policy has been mailed to all homeowners. We've also included links to those documents below.
Part of the use restrictions amendment includes the required registration of all rental properties and rental managers in WaterColor. Registration involves providing two points of contact and a 24-hour emergency contact.
All rental managers should fill out a form for each property they manage in WaterColor as a "rental agent." If you are a homeowner who does not have your property under the management of an agent (ex. VRBO), you also need to register your property as a "rental owner." The rental registration form is located on the community website. The effective date of the new amendment/policy is May 12, 2022. Please complete your registration prior to this date.
