Say Goodbye to White LSV Hangtags

 We are pleased to announce that homeowners no longer need to display white hangtags in their LSVs. The license plates associated with HOA-registered LSVs are now part of the Passport Parking database. But before you drive your LSV and attempt to park in a paid parking spot, please know before you park.

 Homeowners who DO NOT make their LSV available to rental guests can park their LSV in any available paid parking space. Nothing further is required.

Homeowners who DO make their LSV available to rental guests will need to email the HOA to whitelist your LSV for free parking when you're in town. Please email your name, address, and dates of stay to watercolorhoa@ccmcnet.com. Please email the association Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Requests received after-hours will not be processed until the next HOA business day.
