Every year, WaterColor homeowners are required to certify their home if they answer "yes" to either of these questions:
- Do you host rental guests in your home?
- Do you host unaccompanied guests in your home?
The Annual Owner Certification process was implemented in 2023. The Owner Certification form collects important data about your home's usage so the HOA can budget and plan resources accordingly. The certification informs the budgeting process and establishes the Guest Fee for the following year.
If you answered yes to either of the questions above, you must complete an Annual Owner Certification. Please submit your Owner Certification form before the October 15th deadline. The certifications can be found under the Residents tab on the HOA website.
