Request a Limited Number of Unaccompanied Guest Wristbands at a Reduced Fee
At its May meeting, the Board approved an amendment to the Access Credential & Guest Fee Policy, which allows owners to request a limited number of guest wristbands for unaccompanied guests at a reduced fee. The new calculation is available for guests who do not compensate the owner for their stay. With this option, the Guest Fee is calculated based on the actual number of guests, rather than the Maximum Certified Number of Guests declared by the owner in the Annual Owner Certification. Each property is limited to seven days annually at the reduced fee. Owners may request a Reduced Fee unaccompanied guest wristband for future stays starting July 21st. Please ensure that your request meets the established criteria and use the Guest Wristband form found under the "Homeowners" tab on the HOA website.
