[ARCHIVED] Community Manager Update

Photo of Jacob Marshall

Since 2020, Jacob Marshall has served as community manager for Watercolor. Jacob joined the community in 2020 and immediately jumped into re-opening the facilities after COVID-19 shutdown. Two weeks later, the Watercolor Beach Club multi-year construction project was completed. His exceptional performance at Watercolor has led directly to his promotion within CCMC. Jacob has accepted the Director of Community Accounting role within CCMC at our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This new position will be instrumental in accomplishing CCMC's strategic vision to revolutionize the Community Association Management Industry. His last day at Watercolor will be April 1, 2022, once he has trained the new community manager.

During Jacob's time at Watercolor, he is most proud that he and his dynamic team could implement a new Beach Club staffing structure, which led to hiring a Beach Club manager and Beach Club concierges. This restructure has greatly enhanced the experience that residents and guests receive at the beach club. Additionally, the new access control system is highly sophisticated with RFID wristbands to protect and control access to all of the association’s prized amenities.

"Jacob has continued to push the bar to enhance the resident experience through better access, more data, ultimately making Watercolor a safer place to live and visit,” says Joe Cook, Senior Vice President Community Operations for CCMC.

"I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve the residents at WaterColor, I am thankful for the direction and partnership of the Board of Directors. Through these changes, the community will continue to thrive under new leadership," says Jacob. The St. Joe Company and the HOA Board of Directors would like to thank Jacob for his tremendous leadership and service and wish him continued success in his new role. We invite all our residents and partners to send your notes of gratitude and well wishes to jmarshall@ccmcnet.com.

CCMC’s nationwide search for Jacob’s replacement will begin immediately.
