Similar to the mitigation (removal of underbrush) we recently completed on property, The St. Joe Company will be completing mitigation work on their property located on the East and West sides of Hwy 395.
The work will begin at some point within the next two weeks, weather dependent. The work will take 3-5 days to complete, and is required to remain in compliance with the community's development order. Contractors will be adjacent to some backyards with equipment, but the work will be done as quickly and safely as possible. Areas scheduled for work are are outlined in red on the image provided.
