Following an extensive search and interview process, the WaterColor Board of Directors have selected Alan Dubroff to serve as the new Community Manager for WaterColor. This announcement follows the January 28 announcement that previous manager, Jacob Marshall, would be taking on a new role with CCMC's executive leadership team as the Director of Community Accounting in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Alan brings a wide range of experience to WaterColor previously managing several high-profile residential resort communities. He started his Resort-Community Management career in Key West, Florida working for a Developer that built the Perry Hotel and Stock Island Marina Village. Later, Alan relocated to Colorado and served as the General Manager of the Village at Breckenridge Homeowners Association. Before relocating back to Florida, Alan served as the General Manager at the Hualalai Community Association which is an ultra-luxury residential resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. During Alan’s tenure at Hualalai he worked in partnership with the Four Seasons, who operates the hotel and club within Hualalai Resort, delivering world-class service to his owners and their guests.
During his spare time, Alan enjoys travelling, boating, fishing, and spending time with his wife of 27 years, Camille.
“Aloha WaterColor! I am very excited to join the Watercolor Ohana (family) and I look forward to serving the Board and Homeowners while working to make Watercolor the best Community on the Emerald Coast,” Alan said.
Please join us in welcoming Alan to the WaterColor Community. Later, we will be announcing a Meet & Greet event where you will be able to meet Alan in person. In the meantime, you can reach out to him by email at adubroff@ccmcnet.com.
