Work continues at Costa Chica to replace the rusted brackets and compromised wood beams. Contractors have been on site since early March. Scaffolding has been put into place on the back side of the building (facing Goldenrod Circle) while contractors complete that portion of the project. Pending weather or any other unforeseen delay, we anticipate the project being complete in about four weeks.
