We are thrilled to announce an important milestone for the redevelopment of the WaterColor Tennis Center. In February 2026, construction crews began mobilizing, and site preparation is underway. Here are a few reminders for our owners and guests:
- Tennis courts will remain open during construction.
- Owners and guests may check in for their reservations, drills, and lessons inside the temporary Pro Shop trailer.
- Parking on site is limited. Temporary gravel parking pads have been installed on Western Lake Drive and Dandelion Drive for tennis center patrons.
- Please carpool when possible or use the WaterColor Trolley for door-to-door service to reduce parking impacts at the Tennis Center.
- The pickleball courts are now closed. We're sad too, but look forward to more courts in the fall!
