However, if you choose to upgrade with premium channels, DVR and phone, you can call Mediacom's Premier Community Customer Service Support Team at 888-845-6245. You can also call this number for any technical support needs. A team trained specifically on WaterColor's needs will be available between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday through Friday and 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Calls made after these hours will be redirected to the business service and support team that is available 24 hours a day, every day.

Garbage is also included in your quarterly assessments and is collected daily. Please raise the trash crib flag for pick up service. Make sure all trash has been put in containers with secure lids and is put out in the morning hours so it does not attract wildlife.
