Court Reservations
To reserve a court, users must create a profile on Court Reserve and add the “WaterColor Community Association Tennis Center” to their profile.
If signing up as a homeowner, your selection will be verified against HOA property owner records. Once confirmed, members of each WaterColor property address will be linked as a “Family.” At check-in, you will be asked to present a current Homeowner ID card or scan your homeowner wristband for verification.
Homeowners may reserve court time 10 days in advance.
Rental guests may reserve court time 7 days in advance at a rate of $50 per hour.
Homeowner Tennis Center Benefits- Court Reservations
In addition to reserving court time 10 days in advance, each homeowner household receives complimentary court time as follows:
- One and a half hours of tennis court time daily for play
Any court time exceeding the complimentary homeowner allowance will be subject to court rental fees of $32 per hour.
Court Cancelations & No-Show Policy- Homeowners & Guests
A missed court reservation or a reservation that is not canceled within the specified timeframe is subject to a No-Show fee.
Guests must request a cancelation of their court reservation 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a No-Show fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The No-Show fee for guests is $50 for 60-minute and $75 for 90-minute court reservations. Guests may cancel via Court Reserve.
Homeowners will be charged a No-Show fee if they do not keep their scheduled court reservation. The No-Show fee for homeowners is $32 for 60-minute and $48 for 90-minute court reservations. The No-Show fee will be charged to the credit card on file after the entire court time has passed. Homeowners may cancel via Court Reserve at least 24 hours in advance or by calling the Tennis Center Pro Shop if their cancelation is within a 24-hour window of their reservation.
No-Show fees do not apply when weather necessitates the closure of courts.
