Paid Parking
Paid Parking Locations
Paid Parking is located at the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and on WaterColor Boulevard South in Town Center. Visitors must pay for parking in these areas from March 1 to October 31 annually.
How much does parking cost?
The seasonal paid parking rate is $25 per transaction. Vehicles that violate the posted parking restrictions will be assessed a $100 fee. Paid parking hours in the Town Center are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and at Camp WaterColor, from 8:00 a.m. until curfew.
How do I use the Passport Parking App?
The WaterColor Community Association has partnered with Passport Parking, a digital parking management software, to manage paid parking in the community. Passport parking sessions can be launched via the Passport Parking App or by visiting the Passport mobile pay webpage.
After you park, enter the posted parking zone and the following information on the app or webpage: vehicle license plate, contact information, and payment information.
The parking zone numbers are located on the Passport Parking Signs and are listed below for reference:
- Zone 32450 (Town Center)
- Zone 32451 (Beach Club Parking Garage)
- Zone 32452 (Camp WaterColor)

Paid Parking & LSVs
Only LSVs may park inside the Beach Club parking garage. Please be advised that if your rental home comes with an owner-provided LSV, rental guests are still required to pay for parking. The LSV registration sticker and owner credential do not apply to rental guests.
