Rental guests are required to follow the same parking rules as homeowners while visiting WaterColor. The WaterColor Community Association Board of Directors established these parking rules. Rental guests who do not comply with WaterColor parking rules could be subject to vehicle immobilization and a service fee.
Where can I park in WaterColor?
Parking is permitted in private driveways, parallel parking pads, and marked parking spaces throughout the WaterColor property. Parking is prohibited on the street, in pine straw, on sidewalks, or on pathways. A parking credential is required to park on Buttercup Street, Mystic Cobalt, the Viridian loop, and to park overnight anywhere but a private driveway.
Parking at the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and Town Center
- Rental guests may park in the 2-hour time-limited parking spaces in Town Center. Time limits will be strictly enforced.
- Rental guests may park in spaces marked with the Passport Parking signs located at the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and on the east side of WaterColor Boulevard South. Rental guests must launch a paid parking session in the Passport Parking App to park in these spaces from March 1 to October 31 each year.
- The parking lots behind the Town Center condos are for the exclusive use of homeowners and guests of those building addresses. You must have a corresponding lot credential to park in a Town Center parking lot year-round unless the space is posted with a 2-hour parking sign.
- Designated accessible parking is located in all lots and on WaterColor Boulevard South.
