WaterColor has ten community pools, including three pools at the Beach Club and two pools plus a lazy river at Camp WaterColor. Until water temperatures are consistently warm enough on their own, WaterColor's pools are maintained around 82 degrees.

Pool Hours & Locations


The operating hours and locations of the various community pools are located below. Pool hours and availability are subject to change or closure during severe weather.

  • Beach Club (24 Goldenrod Circle) - 8:00 a.m. - Sunset (Spring & Summer)
  • Camp WaterColor (205 Spartina Circle) - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Daylight Savings - March 1st),  10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Spring & Summer), 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Labor Day - Daylight Savings)
  • Dragonfly Pool (95 E. Royal Fern Way) - 9:00 a.m. - Sunset
  • Marina Pool (230 WaterColor Blvd. West) - 9:00 a.m. - Sunset
  • Phase V Pool (155 Climbing Rose Way) - 9:00 a.m. - Sunset (Homeowner Only Pool)
  • Sandhill Pool (2 Sandhill Circle) - 6:00 a.m. for lap swimming only, 9:00 a.m. - Sunset

The Beach Club and Camp WaterColor offer exclusive homeowner access only for the first 30 minutes of the day. Additionally, the Phase V Pool is accessible only to homeowners.


Towel Service


Towel service is available at the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and Marina Pool (in-season only). 

  • Towel service at the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor is available daily during standard operating hours. 
  • The Marina Pool towel service is offered daily from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • There is a one towel per person limit at all locations offering towel service. Individuals requesting towels must be present to receive a towel.
  • All resort towels must be returned to towel chutes located at each pool offering towel service prior to exiting the amenity.

Food & Beverage


Both the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor have on-site dining facilities. Please visit the respective amenity pages for additional information. Marina Pool has grab-and-go food service available Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Owners and guests are allowed to bring food, beverages, and coolers to all pools except Beach Club & Camp WaterColor. Food & Beverage is not allowed in the pool or on the pool wet deck (except for bottled water).


Pool Access


All pools are access controlled and require amenity wristbands for access. 

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • All guests 5 years of age or older are required to wear an amenity wristband for entry to community pools.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable.
