Short-Term Vacation Rental Signage

In response to Walton County's mandatory signage requirement for short-term vacation rentals, as specified in the January 24, 2023 Walton County Short-Term Vacation Rental Ordinance, a standardized sign was developed for use within the community. A standard design provides a uniform appearance, which is in keeping with established WaterColor signage design and Community principles.

Condominiums are exempt from the county's exterior signage requirement.
